Every order includes free crystal confetti, stickers, and candy as a small thank-you gift. Free items may vary by order, are not customizable, and are included while supplies last.
Crystal confetti consists of assorted small chips and pieces. Quantities, colors, and types will vary. Free gifts are not eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
Candy included is pre-packaged. Please consume at your own discretion.

Shipping Information
Thank you for your patience and support 🤍 I work hard to prepare and ship each order with care. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
If there are any unexpected delays, updates will be shared via the website or email.
Carrier
We ship via USPS.
Once your package has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of USPS. Any lost, delayed, or damaged package claims must be submitted directly to USPS, as we do not have access to parcels once they are in the carrier’s possession.
Shipping Options & Insurance
Customers may select USPS Priority Mail at checkout for faster delivery. USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 in carrier-provided insurance, subject to USPS terms. Any insurance claims must be filed directly with USPS.
Shipping Rates & Payment
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your package. Orders ship only after payment is received in full.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of crystals and handmade items, all sales are final.
Each crystal is a natural, one-of-a-kind piece with unique variations in color, texture, and formation. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
